Shipping policy
We usually ship orders within 2 working days after you’ve ordered.
We work Monday to Friday and are closed at the weekend and on UK public holidays. This means if you order on a weekend your order should be shipped by the end of Tuesday. We’ll send you an email when your order has been packed and shipped.
At busy times like sale and new product launches we might take longer to get your order ready. We appreciate your patience and if there are any problems we’ll be in touch.

In-store Pickup In London
You can choose to have your order sent to the Gramicci store in Seven Dials for you to pick up there. This service is free of charge.
If you’ve ordered something that is in stock at the store it will normally be available for you to pick up within 24 hours. However sometimes we’ll need to send something to the shop from the warehouse and so you’ll need to allow 2 to 4 working days for your order to be ready.
Choose Pick Up as your delivery option when you check out and we’ll send you an email as soon as your order is ready to pick up. Remember to bring along your order confirmation and some ID.
