Gift Cards are redeemable solely in our UK stores or online on gramicci.co.uk and gramicci.eu. These Gift Cards cannot be redeemed on any of our other regional sites (eg. gramicci.jp, gramicci.com, gramicci.tw, gramicci.kr, etc.)

Gift Cards are issued in GBP but can be spent on any currency at checkout.

Gift Cards are non-refundable. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be canceled and replaced without the required proof of purchase. Contact our customer service team for details.

Recipients of Gift Cards who shop online and ship products internationally must shop on gramicci.co.uk or gramicci.eu. We only ship to the locations specified in our Shipping Policy.

Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.

If the value of your Gift Card is greater than the amount of your total purchase, you will be able to use the remaining Gift Card balance for future purchases, subject to these terms and conditions.

If the value of your Gift Card is less than the amount of your total purchase, you must use a credit card or debit card in order to complete your purchase.

Purchase or use of any Gramicci Gift Card means you accept these terms and conditions.

Your Gift Card will never expire.
